Description: This original copper plate engraving is designed, engraved, hand-printed, painted with watercolor and signed in pencil by artist Timothy Jon Struna. The edition is limited to 100. This copper plate engraving "Cape Cod Christmas 2007" is the seventh in a series of lighthouses on the Cape at Christmastime. The Long Point Lighthouse was officially established in 1826 but the current brick structure was built in 1875. The lighthouse can be reached after a long strenuous hike across a breakwater to Wood End Light and then across sand to Long Point. When the weather is cold and windy you can see Long Point on the west end of Provincetown.
